OPp ARt: From Chaos to Form – Opening Night

Photographic images projected on external spire at 8:30 pm each night Somervell Presbyterian Church, 497 Remuera Rd, Auckland In association with Auckland Artweek 2019.

This digital image exhibition champions an eclectic ensemble of established and emerging artists, together with creative everyday people whose work reveals a concern around the chaos of waste. It is not only in the field of forensics that we might consider that every action leaves a trace but also in our culture of waste in fashion and lifestyle.

Opening Night Event: Karakia by Ngāti Whātua, followed by refreshments and guest speaker Victoria Martinez Azaro, creator of The Travelling Sewing Box, speaking on ethical fashion.
