Be transported by the cosmic dancing sounds of Orchestra of Spheres, Strange Stains and DJ Oonaverse, for one night only at the splendid St Peters Hall in Paekakariki!!!

Join us for a late summer dance party.
Doors 8pm.

Orchestra of Spheres
Like celestial sponges, they draw on influences far and wide: from the rhythms of African dance music, to the chimes of Indonesian gamelan and the hypnotic beats of Detroit techno. Their sound has been described as psychedelic disco and ancient future funk, like Hendrix on a homemade biscuit tin guitar, and the band has been compared to artists as diverse as Talking Heads, Sun Ra, Fela Kuti, Can and Drexciya.

Strange Stains
One-woman space-time-synth-pin-up songstress!

DJ Oonaverse
Fresh out of the back blocks of Palmy, Oona channels dreamcatchers and cowpats to keep the transcendental dance floor pumping.
