Back to Our Roots in Nature: a discussion on wellness.

Join a discussion and activities with three nature lovers – Yaki Wo (Forest Therapy Guide), Anneka Thom (Horticultural Therapist) & Lucy-Mary Mulholland (Mindfulness Educator).

With differing backgrounds they all strive to promote and improve wellness, for people, communities and places. There will be insights into the worlds of mindfulness, nature therapy, and horticultural therapy, and short activities led by each of them. There will also be an opportunity for discussion about what wellness means in the context of reconnecting with nature, including what our beloved Cornwall Park means to us all. All ages are welcome.

Listen, discuss and be part of the conversation.
