Petanque Have-A-Go

Petanque (sometimes called Boules) is a low tech, inexpensive and easily accessible sport, it requires no fancy equipment, clothing or sports grounds, just a patch of dirt or gravel and a set of boules which will likely last a lifetime. It provides social stimulation, friendly fun, exhilarating challenge and intense competition depending on the level you want to play at.

Upper Hutt Petanque Club always welcomes people at any time of the year who wish to try their hand at Petanque. In addition to the usual Tuesday (10:30am) and Friday (1:30pm). Club days they will also run a free twilight session on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm from 9 January to 27 March.
