The Dunedin City Council invites you to take part in Plastic Free July, the global movement that gets us thinking about the amount of plastic in our lives.

The challenge raises awareness of our growing plastic waste problem and supports behaviour change by helping people avoid single-use plastic. With a variety of workshops, talks and tours available, you’ll be well equipped to give up single-use plastic for good.

Spaces are limited, so bookings are advised.

With colourful straw history animation, STRAWS (30 minutes) leaves audiences with a clear understanding of the problems caused by plastic pollution and empowers individuals to be part of the solution.

Recommended for 10 years and over.
