There is a voice inside you just waiting to be expressed. There is a story that desires to find its way out into the world. You know this. You may just not know how to get it from the inside to the outside. That is what this workshop is for. Taking what is inside you and working out the best way to express it, to write it out as poetry, to perform it, to share it with the world.
So come and join Joel Mckerrow, who is one of Australia’s most successful international touring performance poets as he works through is own poetic process and shows you how to do the same. Joel was the third ever Aussie representative at the Individual World Poetry Slam Championships in the US and since then has performed for hundreds of thousands of people all over the world.
