Pregnancy Barre offers lowe impact moderate intensity exercises to help keep fit, healthy and energised during pregnancy. The class is made up of a series of standing based workouts with small isolated movements in the first 30 minutes and the last 20 minutes focuses on mat based pilates and stretching and relaxation.
