Come and enjoy a driving tour of the historic 2200ha Pukemarama Station, on the southern side of the Rangitikei River. Pukemarama Station has been farmed continuously by the McKelvie family since
1870. It is the largest farm in the southern Manawatu.
Points of Interest:
Cattle & sheep operation, cropping, farm forestry, polo grounds & wetlands.
The Cartref Jersey Stud is a dairy farm milking 1050 Jersey cows across 2 farm blocks and was New Zealand’s highest producing Jersey herd in 2017/18.
This is a wonderful opportunity to see the inside workings of a productive dairy operation.
Suitable for all vehicles, this is a fun day for the entire family - bring a picnic lunch or buy a BBQ sausage and drinks.
