Rhythm Moves is a new form of guided ecstatic dance.

A moving meditation to help let go, to find true freedom.

Together we will dance with intention. We will dance to shake out all our stress and worries, our fears and self doubt. To clear out all the beliefs that no longer serve us. We clear space so that we can fill our lives with new and empowering beliefs to help us grow.

No dance experience required. Just bring your feet, an open mind and heart.

Alcohol and drug free event.

Limited on site parking, free street parking after 6pm.
