Bookings essential. Max 25 people per session.

Rongoā Māori or traditional Māori wellness and healing draws upon nature including creation stories, incantations, plant medicine and body work which are only but a few of the healing practices passed down over many generations.

Come along and learn more from local Rongoā practitioners as they share pūkōrero (living stories) and tikanga (customary practices) unique to the area. Following this, we’ll explore an area of remnant forest within Queen Elizabeth Park. You’re welcome to bring a snack to share at the end.
