Sacred Sound Movement Medicine

Join Nia Black Belt Rebecca Kelly and Master Sound Healer Beverley Iffla for a blissful morning of sacred sounds, ancient tones and movement medicine.

We will explore simple yet powerful techniques of breath, sound, vocal toning and dance. These practices can support us to fine-tune our greatest vibrational instrument: our own body.

For thousands of years we have used sound and dance to heal, to touch the soul, enhance emotion and generate Joy. The combination of conscious movement with breath and sacred sound creates a magical somatic experience.

Rebecca will take you on a transformational dance journey fusing freedom and form, breath and energy alignment tools. You will expand your awareness of pleasure and sensation, be uplifted, moved and inspired, deepening your connection to your body and your being.

This will be followed by a Sacred Sound Journey with Beverley. Combining the exquisite tones of the Crystal Bowls with her resonant voice, Bev will take you on a deeply relaxing and expansive journey into wholeness and Oneness. You will experience multi-dimensional ripples of sound that grow into waves and bathe your entire body.

No prior Nia or movement experience is required - all fitness levels welcome. This event is for everybody.
