This is a school holiday cooking class with a difference; learn how sushi is made, have a go at rolling it yourself using the special mats and take home a healthy lunch!
Register your kids now to attend this creative Sushi making workshop with Izumi Edmonds, suitable for kids 7-16 years (although parents/caregivers are welcome to stay and watch the fun!).
Izumi is an expert in the area of Japanese culture, arts and food. She will show you the best technique of preparing, rolling and cutting your own batch of Japanese sushi to share and/or take home.
