Fresh New Zealand Seafood matched with Babich wines, the chef will create two delicious recipes that perfectly complement the flavours of the season in this hands-on seafood cooking class, matched with sensational organic wine. Tonight you will be cooking seared rare New Zealand salmon with pineapple lime salsa Fresca followed by seasonal market fresh fish fillet on coconut milk cauliflower risotto, Malaysian curry spice, carraway poppadum and micro herbs.
Complimentary beverage on arrival. Bar open from 5:30pm. Class starts promptly at 6pm.
