Sonic Tonic Sound Bath with Yee Ley Lau.
Be bathed in healing sounds lovingly crafted by Yee Ley,

Yee Ley uses specially selected instruments and her healing voice to create sound-scapes based on the group dynamics. This is more than an auditory experience - it is like receiving a massage with sound.

Instruments include: crystal bowls, harp, chimes, shaman drum and more.

Yee Ley draws on different sound healing traditions and techniques to create her unique offering called 'Sonic Tonics'. She provides sound healing sessions and voice alchemy classes for individuals, groups and organisations across New Zealand.

She has released 2 albums worldwide and her tracks have been featured on the staff top picks on InSight Timer, the number one sleep and meditation app. Yee Ley has also been interviewed by NZ's Fashion Quarterly Magazine which covers the benefits of sound healing.

...Sound Healing offers a holistic alternative to reducing stress, creating harmony in the body and enhancing your wellbeing..." - Interview with Fashion Quarterly Magazine Feb 2019 Issue

- Cushions/pillows/blankets for support
- Eye mask (optional)
Participants can also be seated in chairs if that is more comfortable
*the hotel will not providing these items.
