Sound Journey & Ecstatic Dance

Join us for an evening of Meditation, Shamanic Sounds and Movement!

Doors will open at 7.15pm, so we can gather have some chai and a chat before the doors are closed again for an Opening Meditation + an Amplified Shamanic Sound Journey (starts at 7.45pm).

Will and Claire-Jeanne take you on an inner journey creating a soundscape with crystal and Tibetan bowls, shaman drums, a gong, voice and more; weaving healing energy into the sacred vibrations.

Awesome conscious DJ Herman Saiz from Cacaito Dance will then expertly get us into motion. We'll start feeling our own rhythms, and those of the ones around us... and slowly step into Ecstatic Dance.
An opportunity to release and deeply connect with our heart space.

What to wear:
Absolutely anything that is comfortable you can move in.
As sparkly or as plain as you like!

What to bring:
Water and your beautiful dance moves, cushions and blankets for the magic carpet sound journey ride!!!
