Korean seafood is prepared in many different ways, boiled, braised, roasted, grilled, dried, fermented and raw, the flavours commonly used are garlic, ginger, sesame oil, doenjang (fermented bean paste) and gochujang(fermented red chilli paste) kimchi, on the menu tonight are two favourite Korean seafood recipes. Tonight start with a delicious squid stir fry, followed by salmon with kimchi butter, brussel sprouts and bacon.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm. Class starts promptly at 6pm.
