With 10 being optimal and 1 being not so great, how would you rate your sleep and stress levels on a scale of 1-10?

If you're not hitting a 10 each night then this event is for you.

Alison will be sharing simple yet effective solutions to help you raise your numbers so that each morning you wake up feeling refreshed and raring to go.

Her tips will apply to even those who get interrupted sleep due to young children, and can be used by parents to help their children have a more restful sleep.

Everyone who attends will receive a free handout to take home with the tips learned from the class and this means you don't have to worry about taking notes or trying to rely on memory - instead you can soak up the content and then refer back later.

As always, please pass on the invitation to friends but note these classes are intimate and so spaces are limited (please ensure both you and your friend(s) register for the event). If you are interested in joining Alison and to meet like-minded women, book your space now.
