Tables on the River was an icon in the Hamilton hospitality scene in the 90s and many of those who worked there have gone on to have great culinary careers. For one night only Matt from Palate is bringing the crew back. The line-up includes Mike Huitema (The Peppertree in Coromandel), Harry Williams (Alpha Street Kitchen, Cambridge), Brad King (Falls Retreat, Waihi), Andrew Clarke (Camarosa, ex VSB) and Matt Mclean (palate, Hamilton).
