The Horowhenua Freshwater Anglers and Kapiti Fly Fishing Clubs, in conjunction with Wellington Fish and Game, are hosting a family ‘Take a Kids Fishing’ day in Otaki. The day provides families with a free fun day out and gives children aged between 5 to 16 the opportunity to experience the thrill of fishing in a safe, controlled environment, under the guidance and supervision of an expert.
This is a free event for young aspiring anglers but bookings are essential.
What to bring – All fishing equipment is provided. You are welcome to bring along your picnic and enjoy the Otaki sunshine.
