Come along to this public presentation and update of the Te Raa project by the Te Hononga Collective (Piritahi and Pa Aroha Weavers).

Entry by koha, plus auction of fine weaving in support of the project. Refreshments will be served.

This group of Northland women are on a quest to rediscover lost knowledge having studied Te Rā, in the British Museum, the only sail woven by Māori still known to exist.
