Join us at Spring Kitchen to celebrate the incredible Hawke's Bay wine region, with a six course wine matched menu by the team of Spring Restaurant.
Winemakers from Te Mata estate will share their wines’ nuances and tell their stories, while Head Chef Vaibhav Vishen will expertly pair his menu with each to round up the experience.
