Need a bit of inspiration to kick start in 2019? Be uplifted by this hands-on workshop on emotional literacy.

As teachers, relationships are our currency – in order for our children to be happy, fulfilled, intrinsically motivated, resilient and successful they need high emotional intelligence. This is only learnt through having relationships with happy, fulfilled, intrinsically motivated, resilient adults and having it role modelled to them.

"In a very real way, we have two minds, one that thinks and one that feels" - Daniel Goleman.

In this workshop we will be exploring what it means to be emotionally literate, discovering why teachers need emotional literacy and how they can grow their own personal and social competency.

We will be focusing inwards as we unpack tools for self-awareness and self-management as well as examining how you can use emotional literacy to unlock tools for inspirational leadership and building team cultures.
