The Lion King 2019 Movie Fundraiser

Fundraiser for Class Four for at Taikura Rudolph Steiner School - Proceeds raised go towards resources for our classroom, and subsidising school camps.

*Please join us Saturday 20th July 2019 at 2pm to watch this beautiful re-make of the old time favourite "The Lion King".

Tickets are $20 and include popcorn and a drink! We will also have extra popcorn, drinks and yummy home baking to sell *via cash sales* before the movie, and at the mid-way intermission.

About the Lion King:
The Jungle Book director Jon Favreau helms this CG-animated re-imagining of the 1994 Walt Disney classic. Features the voice work of Donald Glover as Simba, Beyoncé as Nala, James Earl Jones as Mufasa (reprising his role from the original), Seth Rogen as Pumba, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar and John Oliver as the big-beaked Zazu. Score composer Hans Zimmer and song writer Elton John both return to re-work the original compositions.

The story line is of a young lion prince fleeing his kingdom only to learn the true meaning of responsibility and bravery. The trailer and reviews so far look amazing!
