The Paper Gazelle - Lettering Basics + Chalkboard Workshop

Come along to learn the basics of lettering, faux calligraphy and how to create your own family chalkboard. In this beginner friendly class, we will walk you through a fun step-by-step to create a hand lettered chalkboard. You will get personal feedback as well as learn all the tips and tricks to creating more chalkboards for your home, gifts or a future event.

This half day workshop will be held in The Ivy Studio at Monday's Wholefoods; we will cover basic lettering strokes in both upper/lowercase letters so you can learn to develop your lettering style before creating your very own A3 size family chalkboard.

Each student will take home a set of pens and pencils, an A3 chalkboard with your choice of chain or twine, an A5 art print by The Paper Gazelle and our exclusive lettering worksheet guide.

Please note:
Workshop experience level is aimed towards adults, so you must be at least 16 years old to attend. There will not be any alcohol served at this event.

Refunds/Transfers
Unfortunately, there are no refunds if you are unable to make it, but you may gift it and transfer the workshop to a friend. If you would like to transfer the workshop, you must contact us the day before the workshop via email to allow us time to prep materials.

Cancellations
Workshops may be cancelled if the minimum numbers are not met and students will be notified at least 48 hours before. Students will receive a full refund if the class is cancelled.
