The Smallest Beer Festival

It’s back after a sellout in 2018 The Smallest Beers Festival SBF for short is arguably the South Hemispheres, if not the worlds, smallest beer festival. A wee ripper of a festival with only four breweries involved from the Wellington region; meet the brewers, taste their brews and listen to tunes provided by the lovely folk from Paekakariki FM.

And, joining SBF this year are Paekak locals Kuki and Shanty who bring their favourite street food delights to the Festival. Shanty’s flavours lend a heady mix of Jakartan spice to with her sought after Indonesian specialities… while Kuki, a seafood enthusiast, (better known for his role as Fat Freddy’s keyboard maestro) will serve, amongst other things, his beloved paua wontons… All of which will go down a treat with the impressive selection of craft beers on offer.

Participating breweries include - Abandoned Brewery, Duncans Brewery, Fork Brewcorp (2018 NZ champion Small Brewery) and North End Breweries.

With a limited number of tickets available you won’t want to miss this year's festival on Saturday 13th April.
