Transmission Meditation Group

You are welcome to attend one of our regular meditations. Transmission meditation is a simple, free group meditation that is a way to help the world, and a dynamic aid to personal growth.

We provide a brief workshop beforehand, sit in chairs in a circle (though it's also OK to sit on cushions if you prefer), and you can leave at any time during the meditation. Transmission is a safe, scientific, non-denominational activity. It will not interfere with any other religious or spiritual practice, and may enhance your personal meditation and any other service activities in which you are engaged.
