We will be outdoors in the avenue of trees at the entrance to the gardens – exploring the forms and colours and dynamics of perspective with spontaneity and expressive brush-paint techniques. Raymond will give on-site drawing-painting-colour demonstrations with on-going guidance.

This workshop is open for all levels of skill-building, and will include demonstrations, as well as group and individual instruction.

Workshop overview:
To launch the morning Raymond will give a dynamic demonstration of starting a painting and following through with several different techniques and colour combinations – using artist’s impasto acrylics.

Throughout the day Raymond will circle around everyone individually, appraising progress and sharing his own inspired directives that keep him fired up and intuitively focused.

The day will culminate in a show of work with appreciation of all achieved, together with tea, coffee and cake.

This workshop continues the on-going series.

Even Testimonials:
A wonderful opportunity to learn from a master painter in a picturesque environment – just the right amount of people. Everything organized perfectly and individual attention. Great food and a relaxing but inspiring class.

Excellent workshop – learnt a great amount.

The personal touch Raymond gave was exceptional. Loved it! Inspired to learn more.

I felt relaxed and comfortable and enjoyed the workshop immensely. The variety of work both inside and outside was a lovely contrast.

It’s a beautiful way to spend some time and a beautiful environment to work within. I thoroughly enjoyed today. This art class was beautifully presented and even as an experienced artist.
