Video Game Development Master Class

A two day workshop of scrum training with internationally recognised trainer Clinton Keith.

Working within agile and scrum frameworks, this course is ideal for game developers or anyone working within the design or creative industry wanting to get hands on experience with building a more dynamic team.

Clinton is an independent Scrum, Lean and Kanban trainer and agile coach helping product development teams. He is the author of "Agile Game Development with Scrum".

Over the course of 20 years, Clinton has gone from programming avionics and other software for advanced fighter jets to overseeing programming for video game titles that put one of today's hottest development studios on the map. In his video game career he has developed or directed development on titles such as Midtown Madness, Midnight Club, Smuggler's Run and Darkwatch to name a few. High Moon Studios has been at the leading edge of applying Agile Methods such as Scrum, Kanban Extreme Programming to the development of video games.

Following successful completion of the workshop, attendees will be qualified and ready to pass the Scrum Alliance certification test. This multiple-choice, online test is required to become a Certified Scrum Master, which includes a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, where additional Scrum material and information are available.
