Te Papa Atawhai/Department of Conservation will once again be holding Volunteer Wednesday/Tūao Rāapa.

Pārongo/background
For the September edition of Volunteer Wednesday we will be going to the DOC campground at Otamure Bay for a working bee.
There will be some painting to be done, some weeding and some spreading of mulch.
We will also have an educational focus on the Pateke, trapping and wetland restoration.

Tāima/date:
Wednesday 18th September 2019 10am to 2.30pm.

Whakaware/gear to bring
Good footwear, gardening gloves, rain/sun protection, reusable water bottle and lunch.

DOC will provide tea/coffee and some nibbles as additions to your lunch.
