Walk and Learn - Thumbs Up Adventure Club

Newmarket to Mt Eden.
Meet at Mt Eden Railway Station at 12.45pm. Park on nearby streets.

Local Historian Phil Sai-Louie was the guest speaker at our AGM and previously led a historic walk for TUAC members around Onehunga. We will catch the 1pm train to Newmarket and walk back to Mt Eden. This approx 1½ hour historical and informative walk, with explanations and discovery of the background of the many historical and geographical features, is classed as easy. Afternoon tea afterwards at a cafe near Mt Eden Station.
