Kia ora War on Weeds volunteers! Are you available to join us at Orokonui Estuary on Thursday 19th September?
Orokonui Estuary Group has been revegetating the area and unfortunately many of the young plants are being smothered by gorse – so we need some volunteers to help do some weed control.
The day will involve meeting in the Exchange plaza (265 Princes St) at 8:30am, working at the site (tea/coffee/biscuits provided) and we’ll be back in town by 4:30pm.
