Weekly Meditation & Spiritual Development Classes

I offer weekly meditation and development groups 10am to 12pm each week. These have been going for a few years but are now public.

We meet at 10am to connect comfortably with hugs and chat, and then move upstairs into my teaching space for meditation first.

The meditations are channelled, guided and softly spoken then you are left to enjoy your meditation while I also do healing and attunements in the background with your guides.

Very relaxed and informal, our sessions are all channelled with your guides to bring in whatever is needed for your development. We work with all gifts and gently expand on all;
from clairvoyance to empath to mediumship in a safe and easy way, within the energetic safety of your own boundaries, journey and vibration.

You will extend all of your gifts, access your own style and very quickly find yourself empowered in the real world too. Learning t reach within your gifts and trust your own intuition you will have more tools for managing stress, anxiety and trauma as well as the energy and confidence to move forward as your authentic self.

These are $20 per session.

I can add your cell to my weekly text list if this suits you. Though you only come to them when it is easy and it resonates, no rules or commitment, you will still have access to the weekly healing meditation remotely once you have attended, ask me more when you come.
