Aside from its many heart-health benefits, Zumba Dance Fitness is a fun way to exercise & provides a full body workout. Zumba involves dance & aerobic movements performed to upbeat music. Although the majority of music is Latin inspired, the classes can also include pop, hiphop, bhangra, soca, salsa & various other international music.

Most of the time it doesn't feel like you're working out at all - you just get caught up in the fun of the music & the moves. Before you know it, a whole heart-pumping hour has passed!

Newbies are always welcome at every class. There's no need to pre-register. No experience necessary - just turn up & give it a crack!

Bring a water bottle. Wear sneakers & clothing that’s comfortable to move, stretch & sweat in. $5 entry at the door (cash only).
