Whanau o Reporoa Day

Te Ra Whanau o Reporoa - you are invited to our day where we are listening to our Ngati Tahu and Ngati Whaoa mana whenua about our local stories, enjoying traditional games run by the team from Te Papa Tākaro o Te Arawa and Tauhara North No2 Trust. The children and whanau will enjoy all of these activities as they move around the various rotations in their school houses. Join us in the morning or drop by at lunchtime.

At 12.30 pm we are delighted to present a wonderful opportunity for you to listen to executive chef, Joe McCleod sharing his knowledge about traditional Maori kai incorporating our native plants. Joe is laying down a feast for us and you are able to purchase tickets for the Umu Kohupara meal presented. Koha gold coin for children.
