The first is our Whisky and Chocolate Tasting which will be hosted by David Herrick the chocolate maker and mastermind behind Foundry Chocolate & Nigel Kelly - the Whisky Baron, ex Sam Snead's House of Whisky.

They've chosen 5 premium whiskies that will be paired with the excellent Foundry Chocolates.

Foundry Chocolate celebrate and accentuate the remarkable personalities of the world's finest cacao by crafting and ageing micro-batches of award winning bean-to-bar craft chocolate from scratch - using only two ingredients: Cacao Beans and Organic Sugar - all from their little foundry in Mahurangi, New Zealand.

The tasting will be on the Wednesday 27th of November, 6.30pm downstairs at 10Down - our event/tasting room.
