Cornwall Park

Cornwall Park is filled to the brim with interesting animals, structures and nature to photograph. But it can be hard sometimes to know the best way to capture everything you discover in the park. This workshop will help you to understand your camera settings better and give you the basics for creating high-quality photographs of your park adventures.

This workshop is open to people who have a general to good knowledge of their camera and would like to learn more about how to work the manual functions and photo composition.

The workshop will be run by Sonja Gardien. Sonja owns Studio 541 whose mission is to support, inspire and encourage emerging and established artists, and create an environment for learning and discussions in the area of photography and fine art. www.studio541.co.nz

Workshop numbers are limited so registration is essential. To register please email info@cornwallpark.co.nz with your name and phone number and the answers to the following questions.
- Make and model of your camera.
- Lenses that you use and will be using.
- Any things of interest in the park you would like to photograph.
- Your skill level.

The workshop will be run outside in the park so please dress for the weather conditions, wear sturdy shoes and bring a drink bottle with you. Oh and make sure that your battery is charged!

Meet at the Huia Lodge Discovery Hub at 10am. Workshop duration is 2 hours.
