World Fair Trade Day Celebrations

On Saturday 11 May 2019 join in the celebrations at the Trade Aid Rotorua shop (or any Trade Aid store!) to celebrate World Fair Trade Day.

Every year, we celebrate with a variety of events and activities, showcasing the very best of Trade Aid, and highlighting our global connection with the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) and the work they do.

Every year, there is a World Fair Trade Day theme and this year’s focuses on the exciting area of innovation.

Fair trade enterprises, such as Trade Aid, are leaders in innovation and an alternative way to do business. Fair Trade is focused on providing solutions that tackle social issues across the world.

World Fair Trade Day, is celebrated around the world in 70 different countries. We are a global community that is working hard to make change in the world.
