World Wide Knit In Public Day 2019 - Knit/Crochet Circle

Come and celebrate World Wide Knit in Public Day and help Te Omanga Hospice too!

Come to War Memorial Library in Lower Hutt 10am to 4pm to knit or crochet blanket squares to make into blankets for Te Omanga Hospice to use to raise funds for their deserving charity.

We will also have koha (donation) buckets to collect for Te Omanga Hospice, let's see how much we can raise together to support our local community hospice charity.

Bring along your needles or hooks, we will have yarn for you to use to create the squares and some patterns for you to follow too if you need them... so come and join us at the lovely library.

The more squares the better, so please start knitting/crocheting now and bring as many along as possible, as well as coming to join us at the library on the day. I will be starting to sew them together to begin to make the blankets.
