These morning sessions introduce the beginner to basic yogic breathing techniques, alignment and poses to build confidence, balance, strength and co-ordination.
Lessons will be ongoing.
I am a member of the International Yoga Teachers Association. In 2017 I was awarded 'Yoga Teacher of the Year' Bay of Plenty region. My lessons have been certified by A.C.C. under their Strength and Balance programme.
