Beginners and everyone welcome! Kirsten will take you through an intuitive flow to help release tension, build strength throughout your body and mind and help you feel grounded, calm and connected. Learn how you can still look after yourself with babies/children.

We will finish with some Yin Yoga (deep relaxation) for letting go and giving our bodies lots of love and self-care nourishment!

doTERRA Essential oils are infused throughout to help connect all of our senses deeply and enhance all of the amazing benefits you get from practicing yoga while relaxing completely at the end in savasana.
