Yoga Sadhana for Women's Health

At Moonlight Healing, yoga and healing centre of Laksmi Duyvesteyn.

A nurturing workshop especially for women and teenage girls (also welcome are those who work in the health field with female clientele). You will learn several exercise routines of Asanas that can be practised at different times and lots of tips on health from a yoga and healing perspective. Includes Pranayama breathing techniques and Yoga Nidra deep relaxation. Bring a warm rug or blanket. Facilitated by both Radhe and Laksmi.

Radhe (Swami Anandaradha) is currently based in the North Island in Whangarei and has taught yoga, relaxation and meditation practices for more than 35 years. A former director of Satyananda Ashram NZ Ltd, she is currently a trustee of Shraddha Yoga and Meditation and has a fulltime day job teaching Year 9 to 13 mathematics throughout Northland with Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (the correspondence school).

$45 in advance (by internet banking) or $50 on the day.
