If you're new to Zumba, or you'd like to freshen up on the Zumba basics, then this session is for you!
We'll be covering some basic Zumba steps, running through routines, as well as sharing some tips & tricks to help make classes easier.
There's no age, fitness or dance level required - just come along & give it a crack!
Dance Fitness is a full body, cardio workout so expect to be moving your legs, shoulders, arms & waist. At the very least, it’s a great way to socialise & giggle your way to tighter abs.
You'll love exploring & feeling the rhythms of pop, hip hop, reggaeton, salsa, merengue & cumbia.
