The program is for children aged 8 to 12 years, and is designed to enhance mind, body and spirit using games, drama, music, art, group interaction, story telling, dance, quiet time, exercise and lots of laughter.
The activities are specially designed and put together to draw out the best of each child’s personality, to increase confidence, grow friendships, and offer tools to teach children how to increase their own joy and wellbeing. The kids just love it!!
After completing the workshop, the children will have access to regular, ongoing follow-up sessions.
