Connect with fellow AAPNZ members and non-members to celebrate the importance and value of administrative professional roles.

This year's Breakfast is being held at the idilic Trinity Wharf. Join us as we strive to empower administrators.

Start the morning right, be inspired, engage and learn.
Guest Speaker: Holly Brown: Chief Corporate Services Officer, Comvita

About Holly:
My corporate career has spanned more than 20 years with international blue-chip companies and brands across finance, retail and horticulture. I've held senior leadership roles in New Zealand, the UK, Australia and (most recently) China - where my success has been strongly underpinned by my human and values centred approach. People first, every time. When the culture and leadership of the organisation reinforce an authentic and meaningful purpose, the results follow.

In my ten years plus with Zespri International, I contributed as a senior member of the Executive Team during periods of strong growth, as well as the tougher seasons that preceded them. I understand the dynamics of working in a co-operative structure, premium positioning in FMCG, and the vagaries of dealing with a perishable good.

During my three years in Shanghai, I grew Zespri's Greater China business in business in volume and value, led the extension of the operating model and strengthened critical internal processes. My success showcased that I have the mental agility and skills to win in complex environments.

I'm now supporting a number of organisations with strategy development, governance support and individual mentoring.

About the Day:
This day is internationally recognised and was started in the United States in 1952 by Professional Secretaries International now called International Association of Adminstrative Professionals (IAAP) and usually held in the last week of April. The event is celebrated by administrative professionals and their management over the week, with the actual day of the celebration focused on encouraging managers and employees giving their office administrators special recognition.

More Info:
We invite all administrators to join us at The AAPNZ Administrative Breakfast. Non-members are welcome. We look forward to seeing there.
