Advanced Watercolours

Learn advanced watercolour techniques from one of New Zealand's top watercolourists. Artist Ted Sherwen offers this class for intermediate to advanced students to pick up valuable skills. The class will feature excellent demonstrations and in depth knowledge, delivered with a dose of humour and always with 'plain speak'.

Ted began his career as an apprentice lithographic artist for a large publisher which gave him a solid foundation in Graphic Arts and an awareness of colour and design. He also taught colour theory at the Glasgow School of Printing. Ted studied under respected Californian artist Rex Brandt and imparts many of these techniques to his students. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn from a 'master of the medium.'
