Judy Fisher has written Off the Hook – an extraordinary memoir that covers ten years of change from dependent wife and mother in Mauritius, dumped for a younger model, to independent worldwide traveller, fisherwoman and happy survivor with a new name and a new country.

It is a true story written to encourage those who suddenly face life alone in middle age.

This event will be held in-person at Richmond Library if we are at Level 1. If we are in Levels 2,3 or 4, it will be held via Zoom. We will update this information to include Zoom details if we discover closer to the time that we will not be in Level 1.

Free. Bookings not required.

This writing session is followed by a meeting of the Richmond Writing Group from 2.00pm-3.00pm.

Both events are free and everyone is welcome.
