The sensuously exotic movements of belly dance allow you to feel more connected to your fluidly feminine self and empowers you to love your body and the soft energy it provides you.
Belly dance involves moving the whole body especially the hips in ways you probably haven’t before, using muscles you didn’t know existed and challenging your body in new exciting ways.
Become more toned, flexible and confident while moving your body gracefully to music in a safe space.
You will learn basic belly dance moves and build on them each week, practising with short drill exercises to keep it fun and achievable.
Bring out your inner goddess and most importantly have fun moving the way you were always meant to.
Level: Beginner –Intermediate
Ages 16 +. All shape and sizes welcome, no experience is necessary as any belly is perfect for belly dancing.
-Wear what makes you feel comfortable and that you can move in without restriction.
