The Cult Project,(Carlo Buenaventura) is coming to Black Estate on 21 March to cook SuTuKil dinner with our team.

Expect fire, flavour, music and joy!

The Cult Project's one-off diner at Black Estate will consist of five sharing courses matched with 5 rare wines from Black Estate, including older vintages.

Chef Carlo has been hosting pop-ups across Auckland, taking influence from Carlo's heritage in the Philippines. Cooking in the south will be on fires as the sun sets with Black Estate chef Grant Richard Soeberg and his team bringing the best of North Canterbury and organic produce to the menu.

SuTuKil, is a southern Philippines style of eating where diners pick the food they want to eat and how it's cooked. It is derived from three Cebuano words: sugba - grill, tuwa - boiled and kilaw - fermented.

Book at the website with no booking fee and see that a Bus option from Christchurch is available. (145 or 175 with bus).
