About this Event:

Come join us as we explore our Spiritual Wellbeing through mindfulness, meditation, and using our physical bodies to be more present and appreciative of our daily experience through yoga. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to learn how to utilise personal meditation, overcoming trials, and yoga through breather to enhance their spiritual well being.

What Spirituality Means to Me - Julia Dyer
This talk will be focused on creating awareness of the strengths we can develop individually through personal trials to have more connection to self and the world around us. Julia will share her own personal experience with trauma and the tools she has developed through this to be more connected with self and her own spirituality. She will share the following:
Overcoming Cancer and the Strengths created through this
Mindfulness and Body Awareness
Physical Fitness as Spirituality
How to turn one’s personal trials into strengths

Yoga Practice - Tessa Hogan
We will engage in a session of yoga with Tessa to learn how to connect our breath to our physical activity providing an opportunity for awareness of how we connect to ourselves and others. Tessa will guide us in how to utilise a yoga practice in our daily lives to develop a better guide in our spiritual well being.
