Box Diorama

Using a layering technique, we will be creating a small scene from pieces of paper, by cutting each sheet in a silhouette shape. Each sheet will be part of a greater theme, so that when put together they create a cohesive, three-dimensional image, that will be highlighted using small LED lights to illuminate it from within.

Come along with you favourite childhood story, or a new story you’ve just heard, or even one you wrote yourself! Having an idea and some picture materials to bring with you will help a lot. Inspiration will also be available, in case you aren’t sure where to start. All materials are supplied.
